Client Details :
Our Client is one of the leading companies in its sector with various global brands and presence across 150 countries. They have been in India for over 5 years with a strong focus on expansion. They are thus looking to hire a Manger HR Operations to lead the function in India.
Description :
Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Total HR operations management for on roll and contractual employees
- Entire gamut of HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management
- Managing processes and policy improvement
- Identifying gaps and improvisation of processes
- Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations
- Maintain effective working relations with all key stakeholders
Profile :
You are an MBA from a top tier business school having an overall experience of 9-12 years. Have hands on exposure in handling end to end aspects of HR Operations with a prior experience in a Business Partnering role for Sales or Service functions. You come from an FMCG, FMCD background and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are looking to take up the next challenging role in your career with a growing organisation.
