Manager - HR Generalist - Manufacturing

Experience of 8 to 12 years ...(urgent)

HR generalist profile with experience in manufacturing industry only

- Talent Acquisition

- Climate survey

- learning and Development

- Awareness of SAP

- Will have a 2/3 member team reporting into him

- Handle statutory compliances under PF, ESI, contract labour, gratuity, minimum wages, labour welfare fund, etc

- Should have a sound understanding of IR

- Will also handle benefits administration

- Support in HR operations

- This is a succession posting as the existing person is due for retirement

- Since the role incumbent will have to closely work with the parent partners in Brazil, good communication skills in english are desired/essential

- The company is an MNC with HQ based in Brazil

- They are a global player will plants spread across the globe with business into cement & allied products manufacturing

- The CTC on the offer will be max Rs 20 lacs
