- Hiring HR Manager for our esteemed MNC client.
- Candidate should be able to work independently while resolving business issues
- Work closely with business teams and support them with HR policies, setting up Performance Management Systems
- Should have good HR generalist experience - managing day today HR operations and administration
- Experience in grievance handling, induction, onboarding, file management and Exit Formalities.
- Monitors the execution of well-planned induction programmes to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.
- Ability to motivate teams, facilitate group meetings like cross function teams
- Exposure to employee engagement and driving the same
- Exposure to talent acquisition
- Dealing with various stakeholders within organization
- Vendor Management
- Excellent communication skills & good personality is a must
