HR Manager (HRBP + Transformation & OD role) with US based mid size IT/ITeS company

Job Location : Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Work Timings : 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM. As the role will also need to work at times with US team and will be HRBP for some roles working in night shift. Company transport will be provided

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for the performance management, employee engagement, talent development for a significant set of employees. Will advise the business leadership teams on talent management, talent acquisition, development needs and performance assessment for the designated set of employees

- Support the implementation of efficiency & effectiveness improvement initiates of company's operations from HR standpoint. This will also entail getting the on the ground feedback from the business managers and leaders on the ground and also supporting the change management efforts

- Contribute to the culture transformation to entrench and maintain the culture for innovation, entrepreneurship, customer service, self enhancement in all professional & personal aspects

- Contribute to establishing the company as the Employer of Choice . Contribute to the implementation of the best in class HR practices. This would also include advising on external branding of the company through thought leadership & representation in appropriate HR forums, print & electronic media, social media
