Manager - HR Business Partner - BFSI/BPO/FMCG - IIM/MDI/XLRI/FMS

- Work experience of 4-8 years in a Business HR role.

Qualification : MBA TIer1

- Effective team player with good inter-personal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

- Seasoned professional who can serve as a consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives

- Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful.
