Roles & Responsibility:

Strategic:

- Propose improvement interventions aligned to the HR business vision by quantifying ongoing process gaps, determining potential resolution, and monitoring progress through implementation

- Conduct on-site ‘breakthrough improvement’ workshops, kaizen events, facilitate process transformation for HR delivery.

Functional:

- Identify automation opportunities to establish efficient and robust processes and drive re-engineering initiatives to improve HR Delivery performance.

- Deploy Lean Six Sigma techniques, business re-engineering and project management to generate breakthrough improvements and Operating effectiveness in HR delivery practices. Be the change agent

Team related:

- Lead and drive the performance of team to deliver HR Business Excellence YoY cost optimization goals and objectives

- Accountable for optimal resource deployment on various HR Business Excellence initiatives

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline with an MBA from Premier Business School

- Certified or Trained Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.

Minimum Years of Experience:

- 8 - 11 years’ experience in Business Transformation, Re-engineering , Process Consulting with some deployment expertise relating to HR in prior organizations

Required Skills:

- Proven experience leading breakthrough improvement projects focused on HR business excellence initiatives

- Ability to manage change initiatives including experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma from concept to full implementation in HR function.

- Excellent analytical and project management skills. Expertise with using Minitab.

- Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment

- Ability to proactively recognize, plan and action the need for innovation and improvement in HR delivery.

- Ability to create an ideation/innovation framework for HR function

Additional Requirements/Technical Certifications:

- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), COPC, Advanced Statistical certifications a plus
