Job Description : Manager HR Analytics and Reporting
Candidate Summary:
- Applicants must come with a Bachelors degree in Engineering/Statistics/Science with experience in Banking industry
- Strong Data Management/MI skills
- Working knowledge of MS excel, SAS/SQL
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in MI reporting and analytics for HR and overall atleast 6-7 years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Human Capital Reporting and Analytics
- Handling preparation of dashboards for all HR verticals such as Performance Management, organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc
- Process design and implementation, design of various MI reporting models for HR, systems design and deployment, reports standardization etc
- Preparation of balanced scorecards and performance scorecards
