Manager - HR Analytics

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Manager-Analytics(HR) with one of our client in Management consulting domain.

Experience - 7-10 yrs ( 2 yrs in HR Analytics)

Job Locations - Gurgaon/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.

- Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of employee metrics.

- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis.

- Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met.
