Our client a multinational with a very strong global presence is one of the most reputed firms in the management consulting business with a very strong and well respected HR Advisory practice.   To strengthen their practice our clients is looking to induct a superior Human Resource professional in its HR Advisory team.   The Key responsibilities of the role are :   Client Management :   - Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery).  - Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partners  Knowledge Management :  - Make a strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge  People Management :  - Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach.  - Assist in resolving people issues.  - Provide Thought Leadership to the Service line on their core competence area.  Networking & Business Development :  - Create and manage good independent relationships with clients  - Increase client base and expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals typically in relation to his service line.  - Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally  Requirement :  - 2 year full time MBA/Post Graduate in Human Resources from a tier 1 business school Only (XLRI/TISS/SIBM/IMT/MDI/SCMHRD) (2009-2010 Batch)  - 5 - 6 years of relevant post MBA experience in companies of very strong repute with contemporary & best in class HR practices.   - Candidates should either have pure consulting background (Big 4, global management consulting firm) with specific expertise in HR consulting or Industry HR experience with strong exposure & deep understanding of one or a few HR functional areas of HR Strategy /Organization Structure Design, Organisation Effectiveness, Change Management, Manpower Planning Career Path Design & Succession Management, Competency Modeling etc.   - Candidates coming from consulting background are strongly preferred.
