(2007-2009 Batch) ONLY  Experience : 6 - 9 years of relevant post qualification experience with Strong academics   KRA's:  - Drive execution of client service (Project delivery) and play a key role in planning & management of assignments.   - Business Development : Create and manage good independent relationships with clients & Increase client base and expand opportunities with existing clients.   - Knowledge Management and People Management   - Provide Thought Leadership to the Service line on core competence area   Experience :  (a) Must be from HR Consulting background with exposure to multiple HR competencies (e.g Org Design, Performance Management etc)   OR   (b) A company of strong repute where the persons has worked on one or more areas withing HR and exposed to contemporary HR practices and systems.  (c).Should have experience/ exposure to both sales and delivery supervision.  (d).Should be agreeable to travel for Sales and delivery  (e) Team player
