Manager - Healthcare Analytics

Client :

Our client is one of the largest US Based analytics consulting firms with their set up in Mumbai. They are providing analytics driven consulting to multiple domains including banking, insurance, telecom, retail and healthcare. they are looking to hire a Manager for their Healthcare vertical.

Role:

As part of this role, you will be required to :

- Build end to end solutions in healthcare payer and provider side of analytics

- Work closely with the leadership to grow the overall healthcare practice

- Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other development activities

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for the healthcare domain

- Work on project related to clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring, sales force effectiveness and incentive compensation

- Manager a highly skilled team

- Manage client expectations, presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions

- Engage with International clients and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs

Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate, you need to have :

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics domain

- B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s)

- Experience in working on healthcare claims data for various analysis related to care management, utilization management, fraud, abuse and wastage analysis, population health management

- Experience in working on marketing initiatives for health care insurance companies

- Experience in working with provider claims data

- Experience in commercial operations like sales territory alignment, sales force compensation strategy, multi-channel strategy

- Experience in R&D operations like clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring

- Hands on experience in tools like SAS, R, SQL, Python etc.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
