Manager/Head - HR - BFSI

Company Profile: Our client is a large, professionally managed, rapidly growing, professionally managed, highly reputed BFSI organisation-Leaders in their field. The current headcount is 100 and expected to go up to 500 in the next 3 years. The organisation currently has 3 branches in India and the branch numbers are expected to increase substantially in the next 3 years. Our clients seek to recruit a Manager/Head-HR to lead the HR, Personnel & Admin initiatives nationally. Will be based in Worli, Mumbai & report to the Director. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience. One & Final Interviews are scheduled on Wednesday, 19th November and the position closed by 20th November.

Job Profile: Would be expected to work as HR Business Partner on Strategic & Operational aspects. Would be expected to partner very actively in achieving the organisation's growth plans. Would be actively involved in strategising & implementing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, PMS, HRIS initiatives. Will have 1 assistant.

Candidate Profile: MBAs (Full-time, 2 years) with 8 to 12 years experience of which recent years must be in service organisations. Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR. Must be willing to work independently. Must have worked as Head-HR of a mid-sized organisation or a Division of a large organisation with headcount at least 100. Must have led the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, PMS, HRIS initiatives. The incumbent must be in a position to join within 2-3 weeks.
