Currently we are hiring Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to join a Global FinTech firm based in Bangalore.   What is the opportunity :  As the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and Initiatives located in Bangalore, Chennai or Trivandrum you will identify and implement recruiting best practices in India plus provide recruiting consultation to the organization. You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process from requisition creation to on-boarding and to provide innovative plus pro-active methods to deliver result driven metrics and reporting. Additionally you are responsible for the professional development of individual team members and the successful operation of the team as whole.  What will you do :  - Manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process; develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry leading practices and market insights to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates for positions from entry to senior level.  - Leverage various recruitment sources, tactics, and tools to execute on recruitment strategies and provide insight/guidance to business leaders on benefits of recommended approach.  - Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of recruiting analytics, from sourcing and selecting candidates to successfully hiring and retaining them.  - Manager and mentor a small recruitment team.  - Cultivate strong relationships with HR team (located in Canada) and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing strategies.  - Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends.  - Knowledge and experience working with vendors such as staffing agencies, pre-employment service providers and job boards.  - Effectively assess candidates through behavioral interview process and other assessment tools as required.  - Maintain, analyze, and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing strategies; drive recruitment activities and consult with hiring managers..  - Focus on creating a positive Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience throughout the recruiting cycle and on boarding phase.  Key Skills and Experience :  Must Have :  - Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.  - 10+ years of recruitment experience recruiting senior roles, in a Corporate and/or Agency environment.  - Exceptional communication skills; mastery of English language in both verbal and writing  - People management experience leading a high performing team.  - Ability to build strong internal/external client and candidate relationships at all level-   - Demonstrated consultative approach and critical thinking.  - Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders.  - Able and willing to travel outside India for work as required.  - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to deliver on results within aggressive deadlines.  Nice to Have :  - Recruitment experience in the financial/banking industry.  - Experience sourcing and recruiting in global markets.  If you work with us, we expect you- ll show the spirit, drive, and intellect that makes you great.
