JD for Global MI: (Manager)  JOB DESCRIPTION  Role & Responsibilities of the Position in Brief:  - Support US team in regular BAU and is able to handle them alone. Responsible for delivering daily, weekly US Trader PL and reviewing US finance decks  - Advice and assist the client (onshore Finance team) in translating business requirements to deliverables.  - Co-ordinate with PC to ensure book structure is maintained properly.  - Adhoc Projects, Presentations, MIS requests.  - Database building/maintenance for trader revenues.  - Book structure maintenance, ensure regional and GBS hierarchy is aligned. Raise change request to remap in GBS.  Position Specification:  Desired Experience (in years): 6-8 yrs  Qualifications:  Essential  Post graduate (MBA Finance)  Desirable  Key Skills:  Essential  1) Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines  2) Strong analytical skills  3) Strong MS Excel & VBA starter  4) Self-starter, able to work independently and within a team, adaptable & flexible  Desirable  1) Good Communication & presentational skills  2) Prior exposure to Cross-cultural communication  3) Good aptitude for developing systems knowledge  4) Knowledge & Understanding of Investment Banking Division  Shift Timings - 1pm to 10 pm
