We have the following exciting opening with our client:   Company Profile: Pharmaceutical Company  Position: Manager- General Ledger & Expense Accounting  Location: Gurgaon  Desired Candidate Profile: CA with 8-10 Years of experience in Closing & Reporting  KEY RESULT AREAS:  - On time and accurate Cash Flow Statement, P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.   - Accurate Provisioning for Payables against invoices  - On time payments  - On time Audits  - On time Closing of books of Accounts  - Compliance to Local GAAP  KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:  GENERAL LEDGER AND FINANCIAL REPORTING:  - To ensure monthly and annual closing activities and accounts reconciliation are done on time.  - To review general ledger to ensure accuracy of posting and as per accounting principals  - To coordinate monthly quarterly and annual closing activity.   - To monitor preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial Reports on time.  - To direct and supervise month, quarter and year end closing.  - To ensure all internal and external audit are done on time.  CONSOLIDATION OF ACCOUNTS & EXPENSE ACCOUNTING:  - To ensure accurate provisioning of all expenses except logistics and freight.  - To ensure all payments are in line with the organization's policies  - To ensure accounting for all expenses are done as per accepted accounting standards.  - To ensure on time processing of invoices and payments.  - To ensure on time Statutory Audits.  - To ensure reconciliation of Inter unit current account  - To ensure monthly bank reconciliations.  TAXATION:  - To ensure tax deduction at source for all payments as per laws.  - To ensure taxes are deposited and filed on time.  PAYROLL ACCOUNTING:  - To ensure checks for payroll before processing to the outsource agency.  - To ensure tax computation and issuance of Form 16.
