Looking to expand their India & international operations, they are currently in search for a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis based out of their office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the VP Business Finance you are responsible for the below:

- Driving and initiating action against unfavorable variance to achieve Business result

- Designing short-long term plans for the business

- Extending support to business support to achieve global business targets

- Identifying new business areas and evaluating their feasibility

- In addition, you would work with various teams in growing the FP&A function.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a MBA from a Tier 1 university with only MNC background in the similar space with only 3 to 5 years experience.

- You have prior exposure in evaluating business finance policies and device a strategy for the business. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen.
