Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

We are seeking to Identify Manager FP&A for out leading multinational FMCG client.

Candidate Profile - Min 10 years exp in FP&A in manufacturing company post CA/MBA Finance.

Location - Mumbai

Role

Business partnership role supporting Marketing function in delivering existing and Innovation pipeline objectives through validated financial information with the objective of providing insights for key business decisions in line with organization strategy.

Business Finance Support

Primarily responsible for providing the marketing team with financial analysis support for the various business decisions to deliver Annual Operating Plan - Top line and Bottom line for the portfolio

Acting as finance gate keeper for Innovation projects - pre and post evaluation, will have the responsibility of leading the financial discussions within the India Leadership team on innovations and participate in Innovation review meetings with region

Prepare, Analyze and evaluate Monthly Brand performance - margin analysis, state mix and SKU mix analysis vs plan and LY for Brand portfolio

Provide inputs in pricing decisions. Demonstrate In-depth understanding of brand profitability and all key factors impacting Brand performance.

Preparation of Annual and Long Range Business Plans for the portfolio with Marketing
