Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - Telecom

An ideal profiles should be a Chartered Accountant with minimum 3+ years of experience post qualification in the following fields, profiles from Big4 organisation will be preferred.

Organisation: A listed Organisation in BSE & NSE with a turnover of 1400 crs, based in Delhi at Okhla Modi Mill compound, organisation is engaged in broadcasting & telecasting.

Role Description:

Mandatory Educational Qualification: CA with 3+ years of experience post Qualification

Technical Skill: Should be ver very proficient in MS Excel, understanding of balance sheet finalization will be an advantage.

Revenue & Revenue Related Cost Analytics:

- Fortnightly Analytics - Prepay Revenues, CR

- Analysis of Key financial & Non Financial KPI’s

- Analysis of Revenue related cost: Access Charges, License Fees.

- Conceptualization & Implementation of new Analytics cubes

Revenue Planning:

- Weekly Revenue Forecasting & Planning

- Variance Analysis - Revenue vs AOP, Forecast vs Actuals

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Key Shared Accountabilities:

- With Corporate Product team for Achievement of Revenue Targets and Identification of Revenue improvement opportunities

- With Revenue Accounting team for accurate recognition of revenues

- With Reporting team for accuracy of reporting

- Pan India Coordination with circle spocs for specific projects

Key Individual Accountabilities:

- Tariffing

- Pre launch Tariff analysis and approval for plans beyond circle DoA.

- Review of cirlce tariffs launched under DoA, competition benchmarking & course correction

- Continuous review and standardized updation of evaluation process

- Post launch Analysis & course correction

- Tariff approval turnaround time and % variance of actual and estimated targets
