Position : Manager - Financial Planning & Accounting  Location : Hyderabad.  Looking for a resourceful accounting and finance candidate for our Management Company Accounting (MCA) group based in Hyderabad. The candidate will independently manage and be responsible for driving the FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting to senior management.  Primary responsibilities include :  - Analyzing current and past trends of financial indicators including all areas of expense (Opex and Capex), cash flows and non-financial metrics.  - Overseeing and managing the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, periodic reporting and financial simulation processes.  - Generating the quarterly and monthly financial reports and any other ad-hoc financial and non-financial reports.  - Analyzing complex financial data to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes.  - Supporting the senior management and departments heads with in-depth analysis.  - Preparing periodic presentations and dashboards to present to Board of Directors and senior management.  - Driving team wise budgets, forecasts and in-depth variance analysis.  - Working with a cross-functional team in generating the non-financial metrics and dashboard.  - Oversight of the Payroll function for the organization, including monthly payroll processing, driving employee engagement and end-to-end payroll deliverables.  - Developing and proposing competitive compensation models that support the needs of the organization.  - Planning and implementing the employee annual compensation review process while working closely with business leaders.  The ideal candidate should be an MBA Finance or CA with 6 to 8 years of corporate level FP&A experience along with hands on exposure to compensation models and payroll experience.
