Manager - Financial Planning  Responsibilities :   The Manager would be responsible for Management of systems and process for collating data and information from group entities, instituting checks and balances for performing Analytics to support Management decision making. Development and maintenance of driver based Financial models for various entities would also be a key deliverable to be handled by the Manager . From time to time there would be a need to work on and assist team members in the development of scenarios providing future financial outlook, financial position of the company depending upon management's need.   Financial Modeling :   - Development of integrated revenue and cost driver based financial models.  - Understanding the latest market outlook based on research report of independent agencies as well through cross functional interaction.  - Developing most recent external view of prices and demand and modeling them for fore casted financial position.  - Development of simulated forecast cash flow.  Group LT Financial Forecast :  - Interaction with CFOs/Controllers/BAs for entity specific plan inputs.  - Understanding of financial and non-financial key variables for entities.  - Development of integrated bottom up financial model and its continuous updation.  Financial Analysis. :   - Analysis of forecasted group/ entity financial and cash flow for Management review.  - Scenario analysis for various portfolio and strategic options.  - Bankable financial statements for Financial Institutions for securing project finance credit rating etc.  Education : CA, ICWA, MBA/PGDM   Technical Competencies : In depth understanding of Management Accounting and sound knowledge of Financial Accounting. Strong analytical ability with quick grasp for numbers. Analysis and interpretation of financial statements and management performance reports with ease would be an essential prerequisite.  - Expertise in spread-sheet and PowerPoint skills are key requirements of the job.   - Behavioural Competencies: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
