Manager - Financial Modelling & Valuations - Telecom

The role is highly strategic in nature and encompasses the following KRA's

- Financial Modeling

- Valuations

- Strategy Presentations

- Corporate Opportunity scanning and advisory

The incumbent will work on Business Plans/Financial Models for new business opportunities to allow the management to decide way forward plans.

Work on Business Acquisition opportunities – detailed analysis; financial modeling of the target business; valuation modeling.

IPO modeling and story build up for Analysts/Investors’ presentations.

Working on long term Corporate Development opportunities in context of the companies broad Strategy.

Reports to the Head Corporate development at the Corporate office of the Telco.

Preference for a female candidate with 3-5 years experience in the above mentioned areas, either a CA or an MBA from a premium institute.
