Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Retail & Consumer Good & Private Equity

Responsibilities :

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements which are complex and EY client critical, catering to sectors like Retail and Consumer Products (RCP) and Private Equity (PE).

- Handling projects independently and would lead UK engagements including Front-end engagement with the client. Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with them

Must Have :

- Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA in Finance with 8-10 years of experience

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills.

- Require extended window with UK team so depending on the region aligned person needs to be flexible in any shift

- Willingness to global travel
