Role : Manager – TV Channels Distribution

Function : Distribution

Company : Well known name in Media Industry

Location: Delhi / NCR

Desired Profile:-

MBA (preferably)

8-10 years experience in Operations of TV channels distribution.

Present/ past experience should entail :-

- Reporting - Sales , Outstanding , Activation, Collection, Loss of Revenue etc

- Debtors Control & Ageing Analysis.

- Account Reconciliation with customers.

- Preparing of Invoices of the customers and also preparing SOA’s of the MSOs.

- Activation & deactivation of Channels.

- MIS Reporting

- Billing and charge generation for each customer every month on time

- Co-coordinating with sales and other functions

- Coordinating with various DB locations for all queries and getting them resolved.

- Verification of the papers sent by the sales, regional office & the dealers

- Managing Operations database.

- Handling Inventory management of Decoder’s.

- Monitoring Operational & Financial Activities

- Reconciliations on Monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis
