Please find the details below.  Role - Corporate Finance   About the Client - Our Client is a Leading Global Company  Work Location - Bangalore   Qualification - Chartered Accountant  Experience - 2 - 6 years (Max)  Key Responsibilities:   1. Manages all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Tax & Compliance.  2. Handling all TDS, sales Tax and Service Tax related matters  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity on the day to day accounting process (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Day to day accounts)   4. Reconciliation - Bank Reconciliation / Ledger Reconciliation / Liaison with Bank./ Vendor reconciliations)  5. Well versed with the compliance norms - STPI / Customs  6. Ensures ongoing processes improvements and focusing on ways to optimize costs.  7. Works closely with the India and Global leadership team and builds relationships with key stakeholders.  Qualifications  1. Relevant years of work experience in Corporate Finance Vertical.   2. Leading and managing teams in multiple locations, and directing multi-functional business units  3. Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide critical inputs to business teams.   4. Ability to think independently, strategically and systemically  5. Ability to work in an ambiguous, complex, challenging and fast-paced environment.  6. Ability to problem solve and negotiate, and strong decision making skills   7. Working within strict deadlines
