Post graduate diploma in Finance/ Merchant Banking preferred  - Minimum 8-10 years of experience of handling finance and accounting processes in BPO/sourcing environment.  - Manager will be responsible for supervising and controlling the team performing various reconciliation and general accounting tasks like Balance sheet certifications, Bank reconciliations, and Accounts Payable processes and performing various month end closing activities.  - Excelling knowledge of MS Excel  - Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint  - Transaction Processing background with basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes  - Knowledge of performing various reconciliation and general accounting tasks like Balance sheet certifications, Bank reconciliations, and Accounts Payable processes  Span of Control:  - 50-60 Accounts Associate  - 5 to 6 Team Leaders/Assistant Managers  Role/Responsibility  - Develop strategies on the floor for reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction. Stay in touch with people and have the pulse of how they think and what needs to be done to influence them.   - Documented monthly performance review of Agents and Assistant Managers.  - Executive quarterly and annual appraisals of Agents and Assistant Managers and consequent development processes effectively. Appraisal of Agents based on evaluation of metrics performance and of non-metrics based parameters. Mentor Agents and AM.  - Drive reward and recognition activity on the floor. Get participation and create enthusiasm.  - Drive process improvement activity on the floor using process excellence methodology. Be the champion for improvement on the floor. Identify areas for improvement, scope projects and involve relevant others. Create enthusiasm for the process.  - Review Performance of the KPI's on a near term basis and develop plans for improvement in performance.  - Stay in touch with the Client at the Process Owner level on a daily basis to review progress.  Work Experience   Requirements (Years) - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in handling Finance and accounting processes.  - Handle Multiple Task/Time Mgt.  - Exp. in handling various financial closing   - Proven Team Management / People Management skills
