Educational qualification: B. Com/ ICWA/ CA

Experience:

- 8-12 Yrs for B. Com

- 5-8 Yrs for ICWA/CA

ERP: SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/ JD Edwards

Unique Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong Accounting knowledge

- Prior experience of US transition with transformation and standardization.

- Strong delivery skills especially with complex engagements.

- Excellent knowledge of R2R (GA):

a) Journal Entry

b) Intercompany accounting

c) Fixed Asset Accounting

d) Cash Management and Banking

e) Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Analysis

f) Month end close activities and Financial Reporting etc.

g) Statutory Filing in Europe

- Prior experience of managing a process of 10-15 resources in the area of General Accounting.

- Process Documentation and Process Map experience

- Experience in SLA monitoring and reporting

- Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff.

- Flexible about work content, timings and location.

- Strong Analytical skills and knack for reporting to be able to ensure daily production reporting and analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
