Education: MBA (Premier Institute)/ CA/ICWA

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Responsible for coordinating Annual Operation Plans, Rolling forecasts and mid-term Strategic plans

- Help further with company's F&A process such as VIPP, FCP, and other F&A initiatives/special projects run by Centers of Excellence.

- Guide/support to finance/other functions to adopt the company's formats/policies -AOP/Rofo/Capex/@Investor/Business Case etc.

- Co-ordinate/Participate in the review meeting with BG/Sector and provide the data/clarification from time to time

Accounting & Internal controls:

- Responsible MEC and submit the report to various stake holders as per schedule

- Responsible for coordinating with Auditors/A&IC and other stake holders on the Review of Balance sheet, P&L, Pre MEC and Post MEC.

- Managing Internal Controls (training other departments, down deploying controls & monitoring execution / self-assessment)

- Ensure that directives issues by Corporate Control & other stakeholders are implemented at site.

- Compile & publish process flowcharts for important activities (O2C, P2P, R2R); keeping the mapping document under ICS 164 update based on business realities.
