Manager - Finance - Healthcare & Fitness Startup

Opening in Finance for a Healthcare and Fitness Start-up.

Qualification - CA / CFA level / MBA

Experience - 2 - 7 years (Overall)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, Forecasting and financial planning

- Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with Leadership Team to ensure effective finance and cost management.

- Establish and maintain operating and business metrics

- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives.

- P&L ownership

- Revenue, Margin & Cash flow optimization

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant / CFA with MBA from Premier Institute.

- Detail-oriented approach who takes ownership of projects.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management.

- Ability to extract, analyse and review information, and make appropriate recommendations.

- Work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.

- Aptitude for leading teams, influencing others to follow toward an optimal solution.

- Experience working in a fast paced, informal, and often ambiguous environment similar to a high tech start-up.

- Desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the organization.
