Finance Manager For Retail Business.   Location: Bangalore   Qualification: CA   Experience: 4 to 6 year   Job Profile: Handling Retail Vertical Finance   Reporting to CFO   - Handling a business of 350 cr  - The incumbent is responsible for accounting with respect to Client.  PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Monitor and Supervise all accounting with respect to the client.  - Monthly and Yearly close of accounts and preparation of reports.  - To take care of banking operations and Cash Flow Statement for the client .  - To take care of TDS and other taxation matters.  - Implementation of proper controls and systems. Maintenance and  - Implementation of Control through the E Claim Projects. Coordination of Store Audits.  - Preparation of Financial and Coordination with the Auditors  - Building the team and training and development of the team  - Ensure no leakage in revenue.  - Vendor Reconciliation and Scrutiny.
