Job Description: Reporting into the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the work of qualified professionals and identifying the needs of individual team members

- Overseeing business analysis of financial results

- Ensuring adherence to the company policies and GAAP

- Participating actively with the finance leaders globally on an ongoing basis

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with more than 6 years of experience.

- You should have experience of working with US multi-nationals and should have led a team of qualified finance professionals.

- You should be open to Bangalore as a location and should be a mature and a dynamic individual.
