Urgent Opening for a Chartered Accountant with minimum 4 years experience in a corporate environment.  Would be responsible for:  - Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.   - Leading the budgeting and planning process and track performance against budgets, monitor cash flows.   - Build and maintain trusted adviser relationships with Finance business partners at all levels.   - Establish clear accountability to help accelerate decision making and ensure successful delivery of Finance initiatives.   - Budget Development, Performance Review and Analysis   - Business Expansion & Working Capital Management   - Contract Review, Negotiation and Operational Risk Management   - Immigration & Administrative Matters.   - Prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget   - Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control   - Monitor adherence to budgets and expense policies   - Responsible for contracts and procurement, MIS, Internal Audit & Risk management   - Provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.  The desired Candidate must have a minimum qualification as a Chartered Accountant  - He should have spent at least 3 years in his current organisation.  The organisation is one of the oldest business houses in India having a major presence in Logistics on the national and International front.
