Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA - Mfg

Hiring for leading Manufacturing MNC.

Location: Tirupati

Job Purpose:

- To analyze, support and ensure effective management of Financial controls and compliance within the organization.

Position Summary:

The position is majorly responsible for the following activities:

- Financial Accounting and Reporting

- Management Accounting and Reporting

- Internal Control

- Oversee Bhutan operations

- Maintenance of Cost records under Cost Accounting rules

Key Responsibilities / Accountability:

- Management Accounting and Controlling of Overall SIC business.

- Independent charge of Tirupati plant finance. Responsibilities include Financial Accounting, Reporting, Audits, Assessments, Statutory Compliance, Insurance, Forex and Fixed Asset management, SIF Reporting

- Oversee Bhutan operations in Planning, Budgeting and effective reporting of Sic Business, Assist in fund management and control of working capital, tracking, monitoring and streamlining the Plant Accounting systems and controls

- Internal Control and Systems Improvement

- Business Related developments

- Cost audit, Transfer pricing, tax audits

Mandatory:

- Must have experience of handling large set-up (sales 100 - 200 cr.)

- Must have completed CA or ICWA

- Must have minimum 5 years of work experience post qualification

- Must have team handling experience

- Atleast One reportee should be a CA or ICWA

- Must have worked on complicated ERP like SAP etc
