By 2017 ending Treebo aims to have hotels in every major city across India.   Roles and Responsibilities:  - Guide the process owners and ensure smooth working at each process like customer On-Boarding Process, Customer database clean up, Accounting and invoice generation, Queries and correction, Docketisation, Printing & Couriering, Customer Reconciliation, Bank Receipt Management. Shall be handing a team of 12 members.  - Collection and followup of debtors having issues or prone for Bad Debt.  - Resolve queries of each process owners on priority.  - Enable team with required resources for ease of work.  - Sending Weekly MIS to management & Sales Head and conducting Weekly calls for collection updates.  - Get Tech solutions for making process faster and easier at each stage.  - Daily Stand-ups and updates.   Academic Qualification : CA preferred  Experience : 4 to 7 Years experience in FMCG / Retail/Hospitality company
