Job Summary :  The Finance Manager is responsible for supervising the accounts, finance and commercial functions. The role includes managing compliance of all taxation and statutory laws; as well as advising the management on securing financial health of the organization.  Job Description :  Primary Responsibilities :   - Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investments  - Prepare annual and quarterly budgets for the organization based on the above  - Maintain and supervise day-to-day financial control of all activities within the organization as per the approved budgets  - Manage Cash flow for the organization  - Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for long-term and short-term credit  - Manage Foreign Direct Investment and other Capital Investment sources  - Payroll management and completion of payroll inputs and monthly pay-outs to all employees   - Control billing debt on cash collection, bank deposits, and petty cash expenses  - Send the bills to TPAs and Insurance companies on time and recover dues by the set timelines  - Track Service Tax billed to TPA, insurance companies and corporate  - Respond and co-ordinate with banks, government personnel, vendors and other parties related to accounts, payables/ receivables, and other queries related to accounts, finance.  - Ensure data entry, collation and preparation of MIS daily; perform random quality checks to ensure adherence to timelines and quality guidelines; and identification of errors, if any.  - Report MIS to senior management every month  - Handle statutory and government audits  - Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits  - Fill Purchase orders by co-ordinating with the pharmacies / stores  - Stock check at the pharmacies /stores every month  - Review and verification of all payments - Bills, TDS, PF, PT etc  - Maintain fixed asset register for the company  - Conduct training for Accountants and Billing Executives on billing and receivables - related topics  - Conduct performance appraisal for team members  - Ensure compliance of all statutory payments, and laws / regulations  Additional / Preferred Qualification :  - Experience in a healthcare organization would be preferred.  - At least a year independently managing Finance / Accounts of an SME  Competencies :   - Professional Ethics and Social Responsibility  - Continuous Learning and Improvement  - Financial Knowledge  - Knowledge of labour, statutory and taxation laws  - Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures   - Interpersonal and Communication skills  - Analytical Skills  - Decision Making / Problem Solving  - Teamwork and Collaboration  - Compassion and Empathy  - Developing team
