Manager - Finance - CA - Consulting Firm

We are currently working for one of our leading client which is a Consulting Firm working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large scale political campaigns and initiatives

We seek to revolutionize the way political campaigns are run in the country through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and implementation of modern corporate governance practices in the running of party cadres

We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build the best consultancy firm in the world. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM, etc.) and have been handling campaigns at national and state level since past 3 years

About the role: Finance Manager (CA)

We are looking for a finance manager to plan, supervise and track company cash-flow, project expenses and payrolls for the employees.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Coordinate with project managers and keep a check on project expenses

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and year end process, accounts payable / receivable

- Cash receipts, general ledger, payroll process

- Cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure analysis, capital assets reconciliations.

- Establish proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual audits

- Ensure proper compliance and accuracy Maintain files and document records

In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that :

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate with CA certification

- You have 2-6 years of experience in the field of finance management, account maintainence, payroll processing and ensuring company compliance

- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power-point

You will need the right mind-set to thrive and grow in a young and enthusiastic firm like ours. You might be a good match if :

- System-driven approach - Given the dynamic nature of the work we do, you should be able to put systems in place which smoothen the day-to-day finance processes

- Experience in Start Up will be added advantage.
