Education: CA +Min 5 yr Exp

Location: Mumbai

- Statutory Compliance & Reporting

- Treasury Management

Role: Following are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

- Preparing Budgets and Financial planning

- Preparation and Finalisation of Audit and Accounts

- Consolidated Financial statements

- Monitoring business of International subsidiaries

- Transition to Ind AS

- Reporting to Holding Co & Regulatory Authorities
