Job Title: Finance Manager

Job purpose: Consolidation of Financial Accounts of Flemingo Group under US GAAP

Reporting To : Group Controller

Reported By: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP

- Have the schedules to the financial statements prepared each month that support the financial statements

- Liaise with the Accounts team of each region for monthly closure

- Review the financial data submitted by region for appropriateness of accounting & disclosure

- Support the regions to ensure compliance with GAAP related matters on accounting

- Preparation of notes to accounts data quarterly and annually

- Liaise with auditors for quarterly review and final audit.

- Provide analysis of the financial statements

- Timely financial reporting

- Accurate financial reporting

- Smooth closure of audit

Competencies :

- Functional

- Excellent knowledge in accounting, US / IFRS GAAP.

- Experience in Consolidation procedures, particularly with foreign subsidiaries

- Hands on experience in Excel
