Its was founded in early 1930s.  Role specs:  Shall be responsible for:  - Bookkeeping, accounting up to and including finalization  - MIS review, GL scrutiny  - Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams  - Responsibility for client compliance and deliverables – MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax  - Year-end closure, audit liaison  - Prepare quarterly forecasts/budgets with management  - Manage treasury function, liaison with banks- for LC, bank guarantee  - Receivables management   - Coordination for C form/H forms  - Import/Export documentation  Candidate specs:  - Relevant experience in finalization of accounts  - Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Transaction processing, Book-keeping, Ledger scrutiny, financial statement preparation, Bank Reconciliation etc.  - Very good interpersonal and communication skills  - Good analytical and process skills
