We are looking for an efficient Finance Manager to own complete responsibility of Finance and Accounts function for the company.  Role: Manager - Finance and Accounts (Only CA)  Location: Bangalore  Minimum Qualifications:  - Minimum Chartered Accountant (CA),  - Minimum 2+ years experience (excluding Internship) after completion of CA Final.   Other Requirements:  - Should be expert in Advanced MS Excel,   - Proficient in using MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook  - Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written  - Enterprising and Resourceful - should be able to work independently with minimum instructions  - Excellent Coordination & Liaising skills, Exceptional Interpersonal Skills   - Excellent Analytical, Planning and Problem solving skills  - Attention to detail, Confidentiality, Reliability, Integrity and Time Management  - Ability to Multi-task in a dynamic work environment  Job Responsibilities  - Preparing the cash & fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit & other financial reports to keep a track of business performance  - Maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms  - Managing tax compliance including direct and indirect Taxes  - Ensure timely assessment and filing of Direct Tax & Service Tax in compliance with statutory acts  - Managing internal controls including setting-up of systems and monitoring the implementation of same  - Support Statutory Audit Team for timely closing of statutory audit  - Reconciliation of accounts receivables and trial balances  - Manage accounts payable to vendors  - Formulating monthly / quarterly / annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results  - Manage preparation of weekly / monthly MIS reports and forecasts with inputs from businesses and provide explanations for variances compared to prior expectations.  - Financial modelling using advanced Excel for business planning and forecasting   - Analytical review and trend analysis, track performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals/targets, and provide performance insights.  - Assist in preparing presentations for monthly/quarterly senior leadership, investors and strategic initiatives.
