Role: Manager - Finance  Company: Bank  Location: Mumbai  Qualification Reqd: CA  Job Purpose: To prepare, maintain & monitor detailed financial accounting processes & systems and generate relevant accounting reports in order to ensure reliable accounting practices and accurate & timely decision making by senior management.   Responsibilities:   - Reporting of quarterly and annual schedules for RBI and other data/information as and when required.   - Reporting of schedules to the head office: related party disclosures, contingent liability, schedules in relation to IGAAP and other reporting  - Preparation of monthly IGAAP financials and preparation of monthly financials report   - Annual preparation of schedules and reports for IFRS and US GAAP for consolidation  - Liaising with India tax team, consultant for any India taxation requirements.  - Liaising with India accounting team for analysing transfer pricing charges and other requirements   - Responsible for Month end closing and yearly closing for UK and its branches  - Ensure appropriate accounting for new products & maintain integrity of chart of accounts  - Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS and in handling Bank's financials. Good understanding of treasury products and treasury accounting  - Preparation of management reports   - Annual US GAAP pack preparation and get the pack audited before submission to the Head office  - Responsible for monitoring of reconciliations and preparation of note to Audit Commitee  Education & Skills:  - CA with 1-4 years of experience  - Complete knowledge of Accounting systems & processes and Tax  - Understanding of implications of various banking products on Bank's P&L and BS.   - In depth knowledge of Treasury products and processes related to investment valuations  - Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
