Urgent Opening : Leading Airlines  Location : Mumbai  Education : Qualified CA with minimum 5+ Years of PQE  Job Profile:  - Provide strategic direction and financial guidance to the organization, by establishing the financial and accounting policies, procedures and controls  - Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Analytics Head in developing short-term and long term plans for strategic investments, holding patterns and partnerships for strategic alliances  - Take overall responsibility of sourcing of funds (as required) at optimum cost and continuous monitoring of utilization of funds; ensuring healthy liquidity within the organization  - Guide the loan management processes to ensure accurate documentation, receipts of funds and interest & principal payments to be made to optimize the process  - Guide and oversee the Accounts functions (Revenue and Commercial) in development systems and procedures for ensuring adherence to required standards and guidelines  - Provide approval for the key areas of HR/ administrative expenses as per policy guidelines; ensure disbursement of employee salary and benefits as per timelines  - Manage corporate taxation and compliance with allied laws to ensure compliance with regulatory norms while minimizing tax liability  - Ensure appropriate corporate risk management, oversee formulation of financial risk mitigation framework and adherence to insurance provisions  - Establish and drive corporate governance norms to ensure transparency in all operations  - Develop a framework for budgeting, project accounting and establish financial reporting & MIS for monitoring of financial performance  - Review the financial statements on a periodic basis and provide insights to leadership on key ratios and measures  - Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs  - Understanding of loyalty program management  - Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and standards both IGAAP and IFRS  - Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems  - Knowledge of financial regulations  - Strategic orientation  - Business acumen  - Financial acumen  - Result orientation  - Planning and coordination skills  - Networking and interpersonal skills
