To know more about the awesome work that Eko is doing, please visit http://www.eko.co.in/   Roles & Responsibilities:  1) Administering the regular accounting and financial functions of the organization, including Fund Planning, Budgeting, Pricing, Forecasting, Working Capital Management, Project Evaluation and Funds Flow Management  2) Work with VP-Finance in drawing the Annual Budgets.  3) Tracking and Reporting of monthly KPIs to Senior Management and Board  4) Ensuring smooth closure of monthly,quarterly and annual accounts with internal and external stakeholders (Outsource Accounting team, Auditors, Banks, etc.)  5) Month end closure of books of account (including GL reconciliations, Commission Review and Income recon)   6) Managing the Accounts payable account and meeting the timely payment to vendors.   7) Variance analysis of profit and loss account on Month-on-Month basis   8) Managing operational finance and reconciliation  9) Basic working understanding of Service Tax, Income Tax and Company Law  10) Co-ordination with Outsourced accounting team, Company Secretaries, Bankers, Auditors, Multilateral agencies, Investors, etc.  11) Investment of surplus cash in liquid mutual funds  12) Working actively with Finance Head on Fund raising initiatives  Qualifications:   - CA, CMA, CIMA, CS (Any 2 shall be preferred)   - 3-5 years' experience of handling operational finance(not just accounting)  Skills:   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   - Excellent word, excel and presentation skills   - Thrive on challenges/ sulk in absence of challenges   - Keen sense on understanding business and see the big picture  - Team Player who works well with diverse teams  We at Eko believe in fun while we work.
