Position : Manager-Family Office & Corporate Trust,  Location : Mumbai.  Job Responsibility :  - Responsible for a business development for Corporate Trusteeship products & family office (Debenture/Bond, Security Trusteeship, Trusteeship of Domestic VCF, Structured Deals, CSR & other services like ESOP, SPV, LAS & Escrow etc).  - Handling Debt Syndication which involves arranging for short term & long term loans from Banks like term loans, project loans, working capital loans & secured corporate loans.  - Tracking industries/markets to identify business opportunities, networking with investment banks/merchant Banks.   - Liaison with key clients with a business development objective in areas of corporate trusteeship products Debenture, Security Trusteeship)   - Responsible for achieving business target at group & company level for the corporate trusteeship products segment through fee income generation.   - Handling relationship with all the major NBFCs, Banks involved in Corporate finance.  - North India networking & business development for corporate trusteeship products by Development of self sustaining regional business in north India.  - Prepare & Manage Large RPF (Request for Proposal) for various corporate.  - Make presentations and sales pitches to prospects clients to introduce them to the company and product, leading to Proposal Generation.  - Develop and Market Multi-Family Office services, Corporate Trustees and Philanthropic Trusts/Foundations in South India through networking and intermediaries like law firms, tax advisors and banks.  - Bring in Cross border solutions in Domestic Trusteeship environment  - Develop Structures compliant to US NRI Client and FATCA Compliance.  if interested with above mentioned job responsibility revert back with your updated resume or reach me @ 0124-4346339.
