Job Title: Manager Facilities & Services
DEPARTMENT: Facilities & Services
REPORTING TO: Senior Manager- Facilities & Services
LOCATION - Mumbai, Chandivali , Andheri (E)
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Facilities & Services Department and to assist the Senior Manager- Facilities & Services in daily operations for Mumbai Operations.
Dimensions:
1. Strong in Facility Management(Electrical, Mechanical- DG operations, Housekeeping, HVAC)
2. Physical Security
3. MIS Reporting
4. Budgeting.
5. Purchasing of Facilities & Services Requirement
6. Well versed with Audits & Compliance and building norms for Maharastra.
7. Liaison with Government Agencies
8. Strong in people management at lease managed a direct team of 2-3 individuals and 50+ indirect staff (Housekeeping, Technicians, etc)
Key Result Areas:
1. To improve and act upon all above Dimensions.
2. Routine Facility & Service support to Operation team.
3. Cost control and adhere to allocated budget etc
Qualification &Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience with Good communication & presentation skills
Current Company should have manpower of 500 + employees and managed at least 1 lakh sq.ft of area.
