Enterprise Solutions Design Manager  - Manage change in business as usual scenario related to business portfolio allocated. This would include creation, managing, monitoring the change for a defined period and handover it to the business unit   - Brainstorming sessions to gain an understanding of the change that is being introduced and other information gathering activities specifically to derive process structure and measures  - Assess the change from experience, cost and revenue impact standpoint for customer operations  - Explore solutions that help business owner meet / exceed business objectives  - Process map and impact analysis on ancillary processes  - Prepare and deliver recommendations, or alternatives for introducing the change  - Act as a liaison between various business units to derive the process   - Ensure change is communicated and disseminated to the relevant parties with the help of task responsible business units  - Ensure change is understood and implemented to the spirit of the letter   - Highlight issues/hindrances at the right moment such that the deliverables are not affected  - Documentation of the change and handover to relevant stakeholder post beta phase  - Publish an update on changes and progress of changes  - Publish the handover document to the stakeholder  - Prior experience of Process Design and implementation of process changes
