Designation : Manager - Energy and Utilities

Job Description :

- Manager with Energy & Utilities practice have to render advisory to government and private entities in areas of transaction advisory for development of generation, transmission and distribution projects on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis, rendering regulatory support, drafting of procurement/bidding guidelines and standard biding documents, delegation of powers, commercial due diligence, process improvement assignments etc.

- The role involves direct interaction with the client in regard to project deliverable, relationship management, billing and collection, managing and mobilizing teams and interact with advisers and consortium members.

Specialties :

- Financial Analysis, Asset Revaluation, Dis investments, Resource Mobilization, PPP Project Development & Planning, Bid Process Management, Preparation Feasibility and Project Reports of Infrastructure Projects of various Government and Non-government organizations.
