Our client is one of the largest Global players in the FMCG space. They are currently looking to hire a Manager HR for their plant in Rajahmundry. Experience level (8-12 years).
Reporting into the Head of HR for the plant, your responsibilities will include:
- To maintain harmonious Industrial Relations by interacting with various Unions / key opinion leaders and timely redressal of grievances for healthy Employee relations.
- To support HR & A Manager to negotiate the Long Term Wage Settlement with Unions for implementing company's policies.
- To provide support to line managers by initiating disciplinary proceeding to maintain discipline in the factory.
- To ensure security of the factory by effective supervision through Time Office / Security Office and by deploying required Security Guards / surprise rounds for protecting men, machinery & material of the factory.
- To ensure proper documentation for allowing visitors to enter the factory for implementing Visitor Control system of the factory.
- To provide timely payroll data to FIN for Temp / Perm workers, Staff & Executives for timely payment of wages / salaries to employees.
- To ensure compliance of HR related provisions of Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and other labour legislation in order to meet statutory compliance.
- To attend conciliation proceedings in respect of disputes raised by individuals / union for early settlement / resolution of industrial disputes.
- To manage all initiatives associated with the GQP, GQMP & Quality policy, EHS & compliance at site.
The Successful Application:
You will come with 8-12 years of experience with extensive exposure to industrial relations - LTS/VRS/Strikes etc. You will be fluent in Telugu and will have prior work experience of working in Andhra Pradesh.
