Location: Ranchi
Role purpose: Assists in essential functions like increase in customer acquisitions and revenue generation and carry out postpaid activities like offering new schemes, adding new product features etc. The job role also requires maintaining continuous interaction with market research agencies, advertisement agencies, vendors, tele-calling agencies, handset vendors, government agencies, suppliers and other consumer organizations to meet various requirements.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Process Management
- Achieve revenue as per budget/monthly forecast -Take initiatives for Revenue Enhancement & Revenue earning subscriber increment
- Launch/ upselling of promo packs/Bonus Cards to increase ARPU & RPM Implementation of Usage based Promo Increase usage amongst low users/base class / lifetime /Lifelong/HBO customers Bonus pack penetration (month on month improvement)
- Reduce zero MOU subs /Low Usage % subs Develop processes for reduction of zero / low usage customers Segmentation/ Customized offer based on Usage & Recharge Pattern
- Prepare the key reports & processes as required by Business.

- To keep yourself abreast with all the HSW polices/procedures (including department specific regulatory requirements) and to drive, Health Safety and well-being within the group you are heading (i.e. department /function/vertical) by ensuring that all related policy/procedures are implemented without gaps including their customization as per group's requirement and by encouraging group to participate in all HSW related activities initiated at corporate/circle/local and departmental level.
