Manager - Direct Tax - Automobile/Mfg

Job Description-

Looking for CA for manufacturing company having experience in Direct taxation

- Responsible for GL accounts (Direct Tax) reconciliations.

- Ensure account reconciliations of Income and TDS in books with TDS certificates and Form 26AS on a quarterly basis

- Ensure compliances to Notices received from tax department

- Responsible for calculation of advance tax liability

- Ensure timely compliances and consolidation of data for corporate tax / transfer pricing assessments

- Maintain complete log of approvals given for international transactions with group companies from Transfer Pricing perspective

- Assist seniors for timely filing of annual corporate tax returns, quarterly withholding tax returns, annual transfer pricing reports and tax audit reports with the tax authorities

- Quarterly deferred tax working from the perspective of reporting to the parent entity

- Explore improvements in SAP and develop Standard Operating Procures as and when needed

- Basic experience on Direct-tax matters (including appearance before tax authorities)

- Transfer pricing
