Job Title  This person's primary responsibility will be to build the brand, digitally. This includes managing the host of brand assets including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and consumer communication across own assets like Email & App marketing.  Job Description  - Responsible for the development and deployment of creative assets across all media and channels including social, own media, and always on assets across the google display network and other such assets. I.e creative across own, bought and earned media & assets.  - Formulating and implementing the strategy for social across social assets - including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Google +, Instagram, Pinterest and other social media tools and channels. He/She will need to independently manage digital engagement with the consumers across all of the assets and aggressively grow the brand.  - Independently managing the digital marketing agency to execute digital plans.  - Developing and implementing digital campaigns. This includes digital specific campaigns as well as digital implementation of major offline/brand marketing campaigns.  - Responsible for content marketing across the range of digital assets (including but not restricted to creation of infographics, blogs, videos, podcasts, articles)  - Responsible for sponsorships, co marketing and partnership management with key brand partners like Google, Facebook, Yahoo and so on.  - Creative development & consumer communication for email marketing, app marketing, remarketing and other such specific and key assets.  - This will be an individual contributor role, and will report to the AVP, Digital Marketing.  - The position will be based out of Bangalore with minimal travel (5-10%)  Should have an MBA or equivalent from a premier B school.  Preferred Qualification:  Should have between 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience and a minimum of two years of digital marketing experience.  Strong digital skills - should have worked with and run own assets & social media including FB, Twitter, Brand site, with creative/digital marketing agency management.  Strong on the creative & brand management side.  Excellent communication skills including high fluency in written and verbal English.
